L. C. Harnsberger

 

 

L. C. Harnsberger is an accomplished composer, author, and arranger. He received his degree Music Composition from the University of Southern California where he studied with internationally respected composers including Morton Lauridsen, and Stephen Hartke.

His published works include music for band, full orchestra, solo piano, chorus, reference books, and method books; some of which have been translated into multiple languages including German, and Korean. After a distinguished career in educational music publishing, he is writing music for film/TV, and has recently written scores for three vintage silent films that were performed with live orchestra in 2017 and 2018. His multimedia opera “Golondrina” was performed in 2015 and again in 2017. He is currently developing a new opera with performances scheduled for late 2019.
